What Could It Mean?

Curiosity is the very basis of education and if you tell me that curiosity killed the cat, I say only the cat died nobly.
I won't spill the beans, but to use 1950's vernacular, those are neat and way far out! They (the idioms) really grab me ! :))

I've read the entry carefully but understood few things. I don't exactly know what is neat and way far out Could you explain the meaning to me?

the same with me :) I guess it means very good, at least 'neat' does. :) 'far out' = great; extraordinary
